Caitlyn N. Wells (Associate)

Ms. Wells represents clients in areas of consumer litigation involving automatic stay and discharge violations, contested bankruptcy matters, FDCPA and TDCA violations, and mortgage disputes. She has also represented consumers in state court debt defense litigation and debt settlement, and clients in all phases of Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
