Ms. Kellett has been practicing law since 1987 and has a variety of experience in both commercial and consumer bankruptcy and in representing both creditors and debtors. She currently represents consumers in a range of complex bankruptcy and consumer litigation matters, in both individual and class-action suits. Ms. Kellett has a number of notable opinions and has served on local, state, and national bar committees and practice-group associations. She writes and speaks frequently on bankruptcy and financial services issues.
Mr. Bartholow is a Senior Partner at Kellett & Bartholow, admitted to practice in the states of New York and Texas. Based in Dallas, he is also the State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and has represented NACBA at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. Thad represents consumers in both individual and class action litigation against mortgage servicers, debt collectors, and other creditors.
Ms. Clontz is an Associate Attorney at Kellett & Bartholow and has been admitted to practice in both Texas and Georgia. She graduated from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2009 and has been working in bankruptcy law since 2013. Ms. Clontz is currently the Vice President of the DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers. She represents clients in consumer litigation and contested bankruptcy matters, as well as in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
Ms. Wells is an Associate Attorney who has been with the firm since its inception. She graduated magna cum laude from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Wells has worked on a number of consumer financial services class action cases and has experience in a wide-range of complex bankruptcy, mortgage, and consumer litigation matters. She has also represented consumers in state court debt defense litigation and debt settlement.
